I love the Essex knights.  They still hold up well against the newer figs quite well in my opinion.

well Essex are not bad especially when they are paint as well than these ones but the sculpt is reallt out of date for the horses...

But they make the job !

These are the other half, Essex and Minifigs:


They were in a large bargain bucket of medieval 28mm foot and horse which I got for basically nowt on e-bay.
