Our VBCW Game at Partizan 2019
« on: June 02, 2019, 06:08:00 PM »
I was fortunate enough to be invited to play in a wonderful VBCW game at Partizan 2019.  Here's my take on the game:

Nice report on a very busy table.
Why does Ewan look like he's talking to a pet mouse?

It certainly was!  Mort did an incredible job at umpiring the chaos!  If it were me, I might have been tempted to run it each end of the table as two separate games!

Ssh!  He doesn't like to talk about it...

Overall it was a really good game and the table was really impressive and a joy to play on.
Mort did an excellent job of keeping the game flowing which is impressive considering the number of players.

Looks like one very fun game.
"Peace" is that brief, glorious moment in history when everybody stands around reloading.

I'll have to second Ewan's comments.

I have absolutely no idea what was going on at his end of the table, but I was very pleased that my 'spare' troops got onto the table in the hands of an extra player.  :D

Indeed... ;)

Hey, do you still sell those exquisite farms?  It caused quite a stir when I took mine along to the Carmarthen Old Guard, but they couldn't find them for sale on your website. :(

I think I scored extremely lucky when you sold me one! :)

Or if they want to pick one up from Devizes, I can do an attractive deal ;)
