English musket men in home-made quilted armour for protection against arrows. The English for Flint And Feather Contact will tend to be more armoured than the French who did not antagonize their Native neighbours to the same extent (as a generality).

"Some of you have been asking after the Algonquin for Flint And Feather. Here is the first of them. Iím giving them a more hunting clothes look, buckskin, less ornamentation. Two sets are underway, bows and muckets but they arenít the top priority at the moment as I need to prepare the English as much as possible in order to launch the Kickstarter."

Puritan matchlock man. He wears a quilted jack for armour. The sword in scabbard will be a separate piece.

This is one of those projects about which I'm planning to be a completionist.  I'll be eagerly awaiting the upcoming KS.

I had everything that was released and been waiting over a year for the kickstarter but I've lost interest and sold everything. :(

...it's certainly been a while since the Contact kickstarter was mentioned. It sparked my interest, led to buying a  few figures to support it... bought a few more and a few more and then my interest wandered off. Now it's been so long my interest has started to wander back - although more tempted by King Phillip's War...

Both Bob and I have been in the industry since the 80's. That is 1980's. Our projects and interests go back a long time. We are also working on our own company and our projects won't end. For instance the rules for our project, Flint and Feather came to us in 2015, we are still working on new things for these rules. You can be assured that we will be around and working on these projects for the next twenty years.
For instance the current Flint and Feather project Contact will be for English, French and Algonquins. We are also aware that Dutch and Swedish can be included in this phase of the project. They will take another year or so to get to. We have also discussed doing a prequel which would cover Vikings in America. So I guess what I am trying to say is that we will be working on this project for a long time to come. Please join us and enjoy the ride!
