My new terrain project: modular DUNGEON
« on: June 13, 2019, 01:36:10 PM »
Hi guys,
Finally I've begun to build my modular dungeon (in 15mm scale).
It Will be far away from some masterpieces we can see on LAF (which, among other things, I wouldn't be able to create) like this http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=115127.0
but it's intended mainly to play... :D
[/img]
It's both in XPS and EPS.
I'd like to build many rooms and corridors to play both normal games like Frostgrave ( Into the breeding pits) and solo dungeon crawl. I've Just tried a new and Little known set of solo/coop rules I like very much: Blood on the Blade, which has many free expansions, including a dungeon crawl One...

This looks interesting. I'm guessing you're using thicker foam as a base so that you can have sunken areas? Keep posting the updates please!

Don't sell yourself short. Strive to make it the best thing you can possibly make. It will be awesome. Different from your inspirations, maybe, but awesome nonetheless. Use inspiration as inspiration, not as a mirror to your own work.

And you are yet another person doing 15mm that is pushing me over the edge to start something 15mm as well.

Thank you Daniel! Great words :'(
First corridor Is now completed.
To make all more modular ( the best way Is not doing walls, but I like much more with...) I decided to build Little Pieces of Wall to close Door passages and that I''ll make 1 passage on every side of the rooms.

Very cool project. I'm lazy and using a 3D printer for this kind of stuff, but I thoroughly enjoy seeing all kinds of scenery made by hand!
Ask at the LAF, and answer shall thy be given!

Hi,
because of my poor english I thought that sunken would mean metaphorically "at a lower level" lol
Actually here I'm going to make a lava pool similar to that in my modular Mountain...

I'm thinking about making something like a sewer too, and in this case I'd use resin certainly ;)
