Does anyone know if the Canadian company RAFM is still trading?

Their webstore needs some attention. The checkout function is hooped and there's no email listed to contact anywhere on their website, despite saying "contact us and we'll be happy to help". Unacceptable in 2019.

A Google Search for "RAFM Contact" lead me to this page, http://www.rafm.com/contact/, which doesn't appear connected to the site navigation. Anyway.... problem solved

Honestly, as a company these days, you must be social media savvy. Facebook/twitter/instagram are useful tools.

I don't do instagram, but mainly because I couldn't do all of that, it's just too much. But that's the reality.

I know people who have quit facebook, but they stuck on other platforms.

I actually visited the office a few years ago to pick up a miniature in person since I was going by their location anyway (asked so that I could save on shipping and get my mini sooner).

It's a very small and part-time operation; a couple of very small rooms in a shared industrial space. While I agree that updated contact information is the least they could do, it's possible the various part-owners have not decided to cease trading per se, but may simply be busy with day jobs or whatever their main activity is nowadays.

RAFM and Crucible Crush are both run by the same guy IIRC. He posts on here regularly, check out threads on Weird 'Nam they had a Kickstarter recently. Black Sun I think.

Yep. I'm in big stinky Toronto.

As I dimly recall, the RAFM digs were out past the western Toronto outer suburbs... in the Hamilton area or a little farther out, I think?
