British Chieftain MBT in either 1/48 or 1/50?

Come on then lads, you were very helpful in identifying a supplier of 432 APCs, but can someone now please direct me to a company selling a British Chieftain MBT in either 1/48 or 1/50 resin cast?

Aari/Academy/ whoever has the moulds this week make one in 1/48. Photos of completed models suggest they are quite decent, albeit simplified in detail. No idea if it is actually 1/48, motorised vehicles claiming to be 1/48 are pretty hit and miss scale wise. That said you can usually find them going cheap on ebay, so it’s probably not a huge impost if it’s a binnable, non-scale, item.

Yes, more than months (it even made a short appearance on the Empress site after the Centurion).

When I posted originally I did put quotes round the "coming soon", but the web server sulked, I forgot when I tried posting again.

I just picked up one of the Aari Chieftains, for a tenner it was worth a pop, if it's any good I will get two more or just use it as a wreck

Chap wants 1/48 or 1/50. Yours are the old Ian Crouch sculpted models and are 1/56 n'est ce pas?

Sorry Chris, IMHO 1/56 is just too small for 28mm miniatures so I have always preferred my vehicles in either 1/48 or 1/50 at a push.
