Games Workshop are looking for Mould Makers

I've just today bought a copy of Military Modelling Oct 1987 for an article on the ACW, and saw this in the classified section.

It raised a smile, because I was recruited internally to the mould room during this drive. I was a happy Mail order Troll who was shuffled into the mould room.  I was taught how to make moulds by the mentioned Andrew Howes, but actually my full time role was Mould Room assistant, helping with the running of it.

Not important, just a little bit of history that caught my eye.

Thats a nice find. I like the fact that they make pretty clear what they need from a candidate. What was the salary back then for a job like this?

Wage. I genuinely can't remember, but I'm sure it was way below £10K.
