. Now digging out old Slingshot articles on the Angevin wars and trying to work out force lists
I never got a chance to put in a pledge! Family up to visit one day and fully funded the next time I looked!Congratulations to Andy and Paul and anyone else involved .Very much looking forward to the releases
My main interest in the range is using them for the Third Crusade; it would take a little bit of conversion work but there's no reason that with a little effort this range couldn't be mixed with the Perry (First) Crusade range with head swaps and conversions etc.EDIT: They will mix well too as many of my older Claymore Castings fit brilliantly with my Perry HYW collection. Mix and match.
Issues 240 to 249 published a PhD thesis on Recruitment and Supply in mid-Angevin Armies - very detailed.Issue 229 has a short article and Issue 200 has a solo campaign structure that can easily be expanded to multi-player.The magazine Medieval Warfare devoted issue 1 to ‘The War of Bouvines’ and included details of the battle of Mirebeau in which you can get to rescue Eleanor of Acquitaine.
