Cheap 28mm MRAPS?

I remember a thread a few years back of discussion regarding a suitable, cheap source of Husky MRAPs that loosely work with 28mm, but can't seem to locate the thread. Does anyone remember this discussion? Or know of the eBay source?

Yes, I was watching some on Ebay but they were snapped when I wasn't ready to buy and I haven't seen any more. I did manage to get 2 painted from a LAF buy IIRC, very nicely done even had the 50 cals magnetized.
