I was his about to mention the old footsore line of Russians and had forgotten that they had sold them off. So nice to learn who picked them up.As for Austrians I belive brigade games in the U.S. has a small range, done up in the early war style.I'll let you judge if you think the line can be improved on.
I believe the Copplestone White Russians are probably okay for WW1 Russians?It is the Austrians that are lacking in the UK. I recall Renegade did a limited range but they have closed for the time being.Scarab do an extensive Late War range but their figures are not everyone’s cup of tea.
They can be used, but they are quite large figures so they may not be compatible with other brands. There are varied opinions on that matter, what won't work for some will for others.
My question would be what brands do you want yours to be compatible with?
Tsuba miniatures Russians?The Old Glory WW1 Russians are not bad at all. I have the ones in greatcoat and the mix well with Brigade and others
