I assumed that Northag would be mid to late 80s.  Is the range wider than that or is it not set yet as the rules aren't fully finished?
I would love to see those PDFs you mentioned.  I also looked at Wikipedia(not really sure why I didn't think to do that before...)to get an idea of when certain makes of tank were around.  I suppose I have some flex as I am planning on doing the Northag thing at 1/285.
