Hi all,
I upgraded my editions of SMF and Supersystem recently (M&M podcast tends to do that to my wallet) and have been merrily statting up the Heroclix I have for SMF2, initially working from the great thread of ratings folks have put together on this board. I'll get some of mine up once I digitize my scribbles. My TMNT ratings are the most unique thing I've done so far.
Last night I was working on the first power armored figure I have, Box of Alpha Flight. He's been rated here for 1st edition, using what would now be the Construct archetype in 2nd edition, but I feel in his case that'd be best for the early versions of him, where's really more of a remotely controlled drone. In later versions, the human phases into the PA, so Soulless etc. doesn't really work. So as a first take I used the Wildcard archetype he was rated in for SMF1 and swapped the Construct power for Armor, but I'm not sure that's the best way to represent PA. Brick doesn't have the minor powers a lot of PA (Iron Man, that Russian one) would want, so I think some combination under Wildcard is best. I can see using Powerhouse or maybe Super for Iron Man, but the other PAs feel more like regular supers, rather than the upgraded ones.
Anyone else have some thoughts on that? I haven't seen an Iron Man rating around to get a baseline with.
Thanks,
Chris
