I just finished reading this on Kindle. Entertaining and well written. Full of ideas for scenarios and adding a role playing element to PA games.

I will assume that you are talking about TNT and if so this is by far one of the best expansions that I have read in a while..
I'm especially glad that the author listened to the community and added the compact rule for auto pistols and SMG'S, added other clans for the tribals and added the Renegade Reclaimers so that I can scratch that Fallout itch that TNT first allowed me to have in a skirmish miniatures game...
