Some minis I painted for This Is Not A Test
« on: October 02, 2019, 06:41:30 PM »
On the right is the 20 minis I wanted to get finished; on the left is 16 I painted about 2 years ago for This Is Not A Test, but never got around to finishing - they needed a few touch-ups, basing details, and sealing.

These two weren't part of the original 20, but I subbed them in since I pulled two out for the Cuttlefish Colors review

And here are the minis I needed to touch up, starting with Bigly Tremendous, leader of The Best Warband, and The Gladiator

Nutso and Ivana Shootya

Rusty & Blue Hawk

Helmet & Bar-B-Q

Gas Mask Girl and Gentleman C, leader of The People Of The Mask

Mallsword and Spear O'Mint

Parkour & Nightwatch

Smug Salim & Rifleman Ralph

Ended up playing a 3 person game Sunday afternoon with The Best Warband, The People of the Mask, and fiancee's mutant warband.  Called it at 4 turns, instead of 8, but it was a lot of fun.

Good stuff. Paint looks vibrant and well done. Good to see Brother Vinny on the table. His sculpts are some of my absolute favorites.

I'm with WarMonkey, let us know how the game went!

Really nice selection of figures from all sorts of manufacturers, yet still looking a coherent group because of the consistent painting. Can I ask where the bald, bearded, goggle-wearing head is from on Rusty?

The mini (and quite a few of the others) are from Brigade Games; they had a post-apoc kickstarter around the same time as the This Is Not A Test kickstarter, so I picked it up then.  He's a little steeper now.
