We are very pleased to continue to expand our 15mm Later 14th Century range with more Spanish and Italian models — today we are releasing mounted Spanish knights or military order brethren. These have been made to reflect the unique armour and shields used by the Spanish in this period. Spanish men at arms of this period often carried a lighter lance so they could throw it at their highly mobile mounted opponents, and so we provide light lances with the “lance at 45 degrees” set so you can mix them.

Thanks guys! I have loved this period since I read A Distant Mirror in the 80s when I was in college. I remember thinking of making an army for the period and looking at what (for the time) was the best range for the period and trying and trying to make an army for it and just not finding all the models for it.

So fast forward 30 years and now that I have a small miniatures company of my own I decided it was time to make a range that would allow anyone with that same interest the options to make any army from the period. Which is why there are Livonian infantry. And Spanish slingers (coming soon). And murderous rustics for the Polish/Lithuanian army. 🙂
