Really nice work, I agree hand painted logos are hard to do and when you get it right it's  great. Very nice logo!

Thanks. They all have Reqper’s “Tanned Skin” triad. I tried using fair skin and golden skin on some of them, but those triads are so light and so close together that they just wash out. I ended up repainting them with the tanned skin colors.

I payed a game!

After some fooling around to get a feel for the rules, I played the first battle of my Five Parsecs from Home campaign last night. In the end I beat the enemies, with one of mine injured.

I went through the next turn’s activities, and know I’ll be fighting some vigilantes. So next in the queue I’ll be painting some vigilantes. :)

Hey, congrats, Bill! That board looks very satisfying all put together. Are any of those buildings the "new" ones?

No, these are my ancient Matakishi-style cork buildings. Along with some GZG buildings, Ebbles paper pieces, and Combat Wombat hovertrucks.

Those look great. The mix of styles works well together. Consistent paint makes all the difference!

I've finally finished the vigilantes I need for my next Five Parsecs game. I’ve been working on terrain and other projects along with these minis, thus the slow progress.

Again, these are all GZG. Some armed civilians, one from the assault team pack, and a couple of free traders.

Thanks! It’s your work and all the others posting about their 15mm projects that helps me keep working on my project.
