Earlier this week I put in an order to Irregular Miniatures which arrived this morning, itself an indicator of great service. However one of the codes had been inadvertently filled with figures from the following code. I contacted Irregular to let them know and that I would post the other figures back on Monday. The immediate response was no, not your fault and you shouldnít incur the postage. Keep the four figures and weíll send out the correct code on Monday. Now that is great customer service, and to be honest it does seem to be a thing in the wargaming community that customers are treated very well.
If itís too hard, I canít do it

They are without a doubt one of the finest companies to deal with.
Fast service, always one week to me in the US and quick to make
right a mistake in the order. My number one company to deal with.

Just adding my bit into say that they really are a super company to deal with, goodies always sent out really quickly and usually with a wee extra or two, super service. :)
