Nice job.

Was assembling the guns fun? How much pinning was needed?

The .30 cal mount is pinned but the rifles were simply attached using the old trick of putting a tiny ball of milliput in between layers of CA glue .

Bloody good job, as I have said in a lot of other places  lol

I found the best way to do the guns was to glue them onto the turret ring before its on the vehicle. One gun at a time. Use blue tac or plasticine or whatever to support the muzzle at the height you want it. It take a bit of time but only for you to leave it alone for a while as the glue works. So half an hour of which most of that time is spent doing something else.

Cheers, Paul

I guess that's mostly my fault...     I couldn't think of a better way... sorry!

I tried making the turret in one piece but the print process meant the guns end up massively toe-in and it looked silly.  (got one sat on my desk looking at me squint)

Nowt to apologise for - had a LOT worse to assemble to slap paint on over the years (Westwind Hackney Cab I'm looking specifically at you) and don't remember swearing (more than usual) doing it!

I've left the turret separate  - easier to paint that way - but, I think, will glue it in place long term.

Thanks for the hints.

I can understand the problems with printing the turret in one piece.
