« on: August 24, 2019, 04:34:37 PM »
Can anyone make a suggestion for very long, perhaps 15-20mm tall, grass tufts that I could use on a/some boggy terrain/many terrain pieces?

kind Regards

My uncle used to make his own for his railway by buying a scrubbing brush with clumped bristles, putting a blob of glue near the base of each clump to grip them together, then cutting it away when the glue has set.
'Sir John ejaculated explosively, sitting up in his chair.' ... 'The Black Gang'.

Good suggestion. T

That would do but I'd like some variation in colour without going to too much trouble as I'm going to be pressed for time.

Kind Regards

Tricksy. Gamers Grass from Great Escape Games do some lovely tufts, but only up to 12mm.

That would have been my suggestion. I don't know anyone who makes 20mm grass tufts.

I've got some plastic 'grass' from aquarium supplies which might suffice.
