Been back at work, so less spare time, but managed to clear some bits off the work table.More
More alien plants. In honour of Picasso I call them my 'Blue Period'
(For the same reason he had a blue period, i.e. running low on paint but have lots of blue)

As it happens I am wearing my black Pompey T-shirt as I type.
It is in mourning for failing to get promotion like your beloved
Sky Blues.

Found some odd bits of rubberised horsehair.
Based them on craft sticks. Not quite enough
bits for four sticks, so I built a gate as well.

The shrubberies are nice, but those alien blue forests are really brilliant! They look ready to gobble up inattentive adventurers.

Thanks PhilB. They (hopefully) will appear in a Galactic Heroes game before too long.

Now the 'Venus Fly trap' trees. Big enough to ensnare the unwary adventurer.

Wow Pete, works of art. Look really attractive. Great vision for odds and ends.

Had a good catch up with this thread. Such quality and quantity. How do you do it. Looking forward to seeing the modern French progress. What about the infantry?

Thanks for the nice comments guys. The modern French will get some more done soon,
(I work at a School & we break up on Friday). Flatpack has done a swap, he got some
28mm Medievals & I got a pack of Infantry that will become my French.  They are American,
but at that scale & with camouflage who can tell?

Today two enormous water lilies, to add that tough of lost world to a jungle water hole.
Well they were cheap, as were the bases.

Took part in the 6mm figure painting for charity (organised by fellow LAFer Per Broden)
here is my (literally) small contribution.
I wish the whole venture well.

Thanks to Vodkafan I have a truck for my Askari (WW1 East Africa)troops.
He did the works on it, dip, new (accurate) wheels & a lovely paint job.
I only did the canvas tilt.
