And now the smaller containers.
Great for extra cover & to break up line of sight.
Like the big ones they were only partially painted,
& the colours were very bright.
Now they look like they belong on the outer rim... somewhere.

These look great!  Do you think the alien beasty will take notice of the “No Beasty” sign on the crate though?  Lol

Remind me to tell you the story about the Thracian thief in Athens, next time we meet up.

The smaller of the two MDF buildings I got off e-bay.
They were assembled, but not finished. I filled gaps, filed sticky out bits (tabs),
based it, painted it, bedecked it with gubbins & notices then gave it a layer of
dust & flock bushes.

"Highly toxic - handle with care"

Exactly the bin I would want to hide behind on an open roof in a gun fight.   Not.   lol

Nice work on the buildings.

I do recall one Sci-Fi multi-player game where the Space Marine blew open the first five doors blocking their way, only to come to a big blast door.
'Is it locked?' the Marine asked.  'I didn't say ANY of the doors on this station were locked' was my reply.

Oh the umpire's joy at moments like that.

Nice buildings Pete. The signs etc add massively to the feel of the things.

The bigger of the two MDF.
Same deal, fill holes, file tabs down, add some details, paint, add 'dust' & notices.

The other pictures of the bigger building.
The Sky-light is the bottom of a plastic tray.
It held supermarket meat. the edging to the sky-light
was provided by match-sticks.

The two buildings have already seen action. See Vodkafan's
'Lost Galactic heroes' game report.

last chance to add to 'Stuf Wot I Dun' in 2020.
Some bits for Egyptian adventures.
Firstly what was a 'gift' with Del Praedo (?) type magazine.
It is a model of a Canopic jar, but makes an interesting statue.
Secondly a souvenir from Egypt. It was gaudy (as the original
probably was) but I think looks nicer given a repaint.

I didn't paint these. I got them ready painted off e-bay.
I did rebase them & gave them flags.
Last things of 2020.
