Rangers of Shadow Deep - Was it ever printed?

I swear that around the time this game was released I saw a copy of it at my FLGS. Now, looking online, I see that it is only available as print on demand. Is this how my local game store obtained it as well, or was there an original print run of the book? If there was, was the interior in color?

There have been a couple of store that have approached me, and I have them a discount so that they could order retail copies using the print on demand system.

I messed up and bought it on Amazon so I could read it on my kindle without realising I can print from that format.
Good read tho and looking forward to playing.
