The Decline of the Western Roman Empire? 4 DBA battles
« on: September 06, 2019, 05:52:53 PM »
We played 4 battles last night set in the 5th Century, when things went downhill for the Western Roman Empire. The Huns attacked twice, followed by a Frankish and then a Gothic army. Turns out old Aetius/Stilicho/whoever had quite a bit of fight in them. In our little alternate universe, the Western Empire looked a a good shot to still be kicking butt in the 6th Century.

The woeful tales and many pictures can be found here https://corlearshookfencibles.blogspot.com/
And the glorious general led the advance
With a glorious swish of his sword and his lance
And a glorious clank of his tin-plated pants. - Dr. Seuss
