Chargeback on a not delivering Kickstarter

Has anyone had any luck in getting a chargeback from their bank from a Kickstarter which didn't deliver?

I'm set the wheels rolling on one, small amount, non-gaming, but was wondering if it was a waste of time. Perhaps KS's T&C prevent it?

Yes, I have done it for one campaign which was a complete fraud.  (The backers were incidental colateral damage; the goal of the scheme was to show a successful kickstarter to bigger financial investors, then take their money and run.
 
We had a KS comments section for all the backers who dug in and found the history of project creators.  Kickstarter did nothing to help out.  This was sufficient evidence for my credit card company though.  I talked with them and filed for the chargeback the day after the alleged delivery month.  They returned the money provisionally, but gave KS some time (1-3 months, don't remember exactly) to dispute the chargeback.  KS did not.

No great surprise at KS inactivity, but if it extends to challenging chargebacks it'll have to do.

Sadly this is becoming more common, as a KS project creator I can't help feel tainted by it but then again I always deliver so perhaps that's not as big a problem as it could be.
