I saw this pop-up in discussion of the new Reaper Bones line and immediately thought of two games....

Of Gods and Mortals and Broken Legions....

The harpies are nice! A lot of good miniatures in total though! Zeus is impressive!

Not a huge fan of Bones, but these look nice. Let's hope they're released in metal too... :?

The old Bones miniatures were rather crap.  They were OK for large miniatures (I thing they are great for cheap monsters) but awful for anything human sized ( I have two figures that are unpaintable and instead will paint them as statues).
The new Black Bones are far better.  I haven't painted any yet, but was sent two owlbears as a free add-on to an order.  The definition is much better and the plastic/resin/whatever-it-is is much harder.  These new figures look to be Black Bones so might be worth a go.

Folks,

As per the Forum rules, Kickstarter projects are supposed to be discussed in a single thread to bundle all information.

Hence why the original duplicate thread from this board was merged into the KS thread.

http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=119727.msg1503630#msg1503630

Please use the KS thread to discuss the merits of Bones and Reaper. If you can keep this discussion to the ancient myths aspect, I'll leave it open for the time being, otherwise I reserve the right to fold it into the original thread.
