Thanks!

#6 Spellbreakers 5/20
(Models: High Elf Maiden Guard)

Some more guardswomen/spellbreakers for the unit!

Among the good things of these old models is that they rank up really nice, when compared to the new ones with all of those dynamic poses.

#8 More Farstriders

5 more Farstriders completed, now making 10 in total, which is enough for 2 skirmishing units of 5, or one unit of 10 (if used as normal archers). A bit more alternative heads used for these for diversity.

Some lanterns and Fel-crystals to be added on too empty bases.

Man, great work. Thanks for sharing. I love the skin tones and how well they go with the red. Nice painting work and impressive volume.

Thanks, Gallahad. I tried to gave them a really pallid complexion. At times they look a bit undead-ish, but it also contrasts nicely with the red, like you say.

#9 Two heroes and more Spellbreakers
(Models: Alarielle, Alarielle's Handmaiden, Maidenguard)

More Spellbreakers for the unit, which I'm going to limit to 15. Two heroes to accompany the spears. Will compete the unit wth 3-5 more pieces, including at least a banner, maybe a musician too. Then again, I'd hate to lose all the shields from the front row. Might just stick the banner to the ground next to one of the models.

Little bit pondering if I should go back and re-paint the Farstrider bows with green Felflame as well...

#10 Blood Knight Charger
(Models: High Elf Hero, mount)

Now in the work bench... 4 remaining maiden guards and a bunch of Silverhelms, waiting to be turned into mounted Blood Knights. And of course more bases!

This is a great looking project. I like your consistent basing.

Thanks for the comments! Really appreciate it. And yeah, seems like the ol' high elves taken on the "evil" paint surprisingly well. Here is the finished piece.

#11 Blood Knight Lord
(Models: High Elf Hero)

Now working on the last maiden guards and moving on to the silverhelms. I luckily had a bunch of hero shields in my bits box, so I could designate a phoenix shield for each mounted Blood Knight for some extra flavor.
