Sneak preview of some French Fusiliers from the first pack for the upcoming Kickstarter "Les Francaises".  ;)

Cheers,

More like "Les Français" as I don't recall female military personnel being involved in the campaign  ;)

Very nice paint job on the fusiliers by the way. Yours ?

Messrs Braddock, Monro and Abercrombie would most likely have begged to differ from you.

But you may catch a time machine and try that line in 1757 in a tavern filled with French regulars if you feel like it  :D

Actually, my late father was a bit of a sportsman. He once played football for a British armed forces team against Italy in front of a crowd of 60,000 and he boxed 2 and a bit rounds against Freddie Mills (Dad was then stopped). He told me that the most scary sporting experience he ever had was at school playing hockey against a local girls school team. He said that some of the girls wielding hockey sticks were absolutely terrifying.

Why does a mental image of the old St. Trinians' films pop into mind.
He said that some of the girls wielding hockey sticks were absolutely terrifying.

:-D I had a similar experience when we were sent to try out hockey against the girls - they seemed to forget about keeping their sticks away from our heads (and other vulnerable bits)  :-X lol
