Dervish Swarm Sinclair's Square by Gen. Pettygree
« on: September 28, 2019, 05:50:16 AM »
Sirs, we are at the end of the five episodic serial, Dervish Swarm with:

Dervish Swarm Sinclair's Square here:
https://generalpettygree.blogspot.com/2019/09/dervish-swarm-sinclairs-square.html

Surrounded and greatly outnumbered, Colonel Sinclair's square at excavation Site B operated by The British Museum is finally attacked by the Dervish Swarm. The drama is told by photos with brief captions.

Answers, desperation, humor and the joy of toy soldiers telling a story is next for you, if you repair to the square or to the Swarm approaching it nearly hidden by the blinding rising sun. The foe is difficult to see but Duncan and Robert are in the piquet so....

This is the conclusion of the greatest story ever told about The Mafrican Continent.

Respectfully,
Bill P.
Chronicler for The Adventures of General Pettygree

Ah-hah.  I was right.  But I cannot afford to spill any beans here - you must away to the blog for a full report.

As said, a fun romp of a wargame report.

By Gad, Sah.  Another stirring tale of derring do.  That Cavanaugh chappie deserves a medal.

'He could have lived a risk-free, moneyed life, but he preferred to whittle away his fortune on warfare.'
-- Xenophon, The Anabasis
