Thank you,
I still have more to paint & all have been converted into unique poses.
Doing action poses is a challenging but very rewarding part of the hobby.
This is a definite plus when building resin models or plastic ones for that matter but plastic wins hands down

Now I will have build their drop ships.... something like Braz's Elysium one would be splendid but I would need 2 🤔 or more to have a realistic depiction of a combat drop ( ala market garden) ..

Sometimes i wish i invested in 6mm ( which i just might in the future & they make these rangers in 6mm also, i think )  but hey 15mm is the best middle ground.

.

Will post more pics....

All painted up..... I kept the city scheme but this time I used floor tile black grouting mixed with matt varnish. Much better than mixing with water & then varnishing it.
Love these minis also 👍👍👍

Thanks dwartist,
 Glad you like them.😁
A grey scheme seemed like the natural choice for these.
Nuclear shrimp  games do make great 15 resin models , I enjoyed converting & painting them.

Here's the recipe if anyone wants to use it.

Grey undercoat , you can do a white zenithal but this doesn't have that much
of an effect.
Blue black ink wash
Wipe ink off whilst wet, this leaves ink in recesses & a tinted grey
Drybrush with different shades of grey, lightest to the top parts.
Line with the blue black ink. This takes forever & is a bit tedious.
Paint visor, star & rank markings with red , then orange highlight.
The 2 lights on top/back of head were done with a mix of canary yellow +
Flo yellow.

Bases - plastic pop offs from electrical junction boxes.
Asphalt made from floor tile black grouting mixed with
acrylic matt varnish. Sometimes it cracks as it dries so the effect
Is nice. Light drybrush to finish.

Enjoy🖖

Thanks Inso,
Why not try some 15mm yourself for a change? That's what I do , jump from one scale to another & back.

15mm squat exo armour would be very nice.

Poor eye-sight :) .

I prefer 28mm. I've done 15mm in the past (Laserburn) and still have some knocking about... but 28mm is where my heart lies :) .

Sculpting 15mm is awful :( ... I tried it and really didn't enjoy it. I felt that I couldn't put the level of detail that I wanted to, into the sculpts so I scrapped the idea.

That all said... I can bask in the aura of all the happy 15mm creators' work so that is cool  8).

Well , i'd have to agree with you there.I was missing loads of details until I got specs.
Need to get a good magnifier also.
Note laserburn are 15mm whilst the newer ones , like Gzg newer stuff are 18mm, which makes a difference, at least for me.

Sculpting in 15/18mm is indeed difficult & I admire the artists who do it well.

Bask away   :D :D :D

I try to steer clear of 15mm for the same reason - too small even with my optivisor - but great models and minis keep tempting me! I have got some 28mm wraiths on the way though and can see them painted in a similar scheme.

Can't wait to see what you do with dwartist.
Now I would like to get some also ...
And there I was saying no more 28mm !!! Resistance is futile indeed :D
Having said that I got 3 ( just 3) of their 28mm tectonic knight & they're superb.....so the wraiths will be just as good , most probably.

@Dwartist - 28mm, you say? Hmmm  o_o :)

@Zrunelord - Is there any chance you could put a 28mm miniature next to one of those 15mm Tecton Wraiths? I am having one of my creative moments :) .
