Hello Lead adventurers,

Northumbrian Tin Soldier will be launching our very first Kickstarter project on the 29th of October. The main focus is around a group of anthropomorphic cats, they are heroic 28mm scale cast in white metal and sculpted by Martin Buck. There are 12 Miniatures in the main set of cats an additional Kickstarter exclusive miniature and some new adversaries. Development and mastering is already completed and production will be done in December for an early 2020 delivery date on pledges.

We have some fantastic stretch goals lined up which will be included free in pledges and on top of that there will be a small dnd 5e based digital download adventure included.

Most of the master casting has been completed, we are really pleased with the results. here is a quick preview of how Flynn turned out

An update! This little chap has been informally named meatball and he forms the kittenguard with another 11 Soldier types, you don't necessarily need to be a heroic to be a hero this guy will guard his lunch and yours with his life!

The Cat Folk are OUTSTANDING. The sculpting is GORGEOUS; AND each one has their own unique personality. VERY WELL DONE!

Bugger - just when I thought I’d finally managed to give up the hobby, you go and release these.

Now I have to back another Kickstarter, as well as pick up those gorgeous “Wind in the Willows” fantasy miniatures you have available....

Wow simply fantastic.

My only issue is I wish they were a bit bigger so that they scaled well with Mice and Mystics mice figures and the Bones mouseling line. Your cats appear to be an inch and a half tall and I wish they were more like two inches at least.

Still they are awesome and I will likely get some.

They are on 30mm lipped bases if that gives you a better idea of sizes.

The Kickstarter campaign has now hit 240 backers and a new stretch goal has been announced, its big, threatening and would probably claw your feet while you sleep. When we hit 300 Backers the Darkecatte will be made available for you to add to your pledge.

We are also just a little shy of reaching £18k which when hit will net a Kitten knight miniature free in all elligible pledges.
