Anyone here from France? VIA LUDIBUNDA Legit?

Made an order to VIA LUDIBUNDA weeks ago, paid, and haven’t heard back. Sent a follow up message a week ago inquiring about the order...absolutely no response (yes, checked spam and all that)
Does anyone know if I need to file a paypal claim, or are they just that unprofessional and lackadaisical?

Thanks, I’ll check it out.
It’s been over a month, 3 emails, no product, no response.
I’ll give it a bit longer and file a claim, I guess.
I’m getting pretty sick of unreliable, unprofessional mini dealers...or maybe just scammers.
