I must say that I am very impressed with Victrix figures. Their cavalry is really nice. There are lots of options in the pack, several heads and arm alternatives.

Very nice painting. I totally agree. Victrix is truly an impressive concept. I havent even tried kitbashing yet. The boxes do the work themselves.

I have had my eys on some leftover velites and Spanish heads and weapons though.

Thank you for the kind comments. The shields are available from Victrix too. The shields are in three sizes so you just have to be a little careful to make sure you attach the correct size transfer. The edges of the shields then need to be painted to match the front.

While some Berbers have very dark skin, most have skin colors that are similar to the photographs posted by Burnin Coal.

Nicely done. Agree about the skin tones, but very well painted. I love the Victrix lots too!
