The designer assured me in the comments that it had been designed with playing in mind with areas accessible by minis on 25mm bases, etc.

Depending on your definition of "good" and how much shopping around you do, under $500 seems common, and under $300 is not a huge stretch.  Been looking myself, the industry seems to headed down this rabbit hole fast.

Indeed. It seems to be the comng rage/trend or has already arrived. Caught myself drooling over the photos of the terrain of another one that i fancied. But how much does it take (in money, time & energy) to print all that terrain? Or do you get the terrain delivered printed & perhaps painted to your door? Just my two cents. ;-)

Intriguing.

I can see the advantage of 3D printing, and have already bought a number of 3D printed items (but don’t possess a printer and so haven’t just bought a file and printed it myself)....but I’d still happily pay the extra postage cost for someone else casting up in resin.

was to sell the printed versions.
