Scrappers vs Mutants and Death Ray Guns
« on: November 28, 2019, 05:10:52 PM »
I’m looking at Scrappers vs Mutants and a Death Ray Guns. Any one have experience with these two? Pros and cons of each?

I’m purchasing Advanced Song of Blades and Heroes, so the similar rules work in Mutants and Death Ray Guns favor, but am willing to give Scrappers a look.

The two systems are pretty far apart when you look at complexity and tactical depth. MDRG is more beer & pretzels and Scrappers has a steeper learning curve but more depth in tactical and strategic play.  Both serve their play types well. It really depends on what level of complexity scratches your itch. :)
