This looks great.

My step-grandfather used to work in a malt factory in southern Hesse before I was born, which we drove by numerous times in my childhood,  and although the architecture was a bit different, the overall feel of your piece reminds me very fondly of that.

As said before, it's a great piece made better by the attention to detail and, stylistically, would be perfect for any game set in Northern Germany, Central Germany (i.e. British and U.S. avenues of advance in 1945), maybe a bit less so for the Southern parts (they tend to render walls rather than have exposed brickwork), but there's a brewery in Konstanz-Staad on the shore of Lake Constance,  built into a hillside, that looks almost like this.

Very happy I could help a bit.

Three out of five signs make my orthographic heart weep, but the rest of the build is spot-on and damn nice.  ;) Wouldn't look out of place in any self-respecting industrial town North of the Weißwurstäquator.

Is that kit available somewhere? It would be great for my docklands/industrial board.

"Weißwurstäquator" - White Sausage Equator - And what in hell's name is that?!

"Weißwurstäquator" - White Sausage Equator - And what in hell's name is that?!

An imaginary line, drawn, depending on whom you talk to, either along the river Main, the 49th parallel, or as the vicinity (ca. 65 miles ) around Munich, jokingly referred to as the grand terminator between the life-loving Southern Germans and us all-work-no-fun Northerners.  lol

It's an amusing shorthand and actually is useful as a rough reference to general architectural differences when it comes to modern profane architecture (i.e. from the mid 1800s onwards). More rendering than visible brick, and more surviving timbered and medieval buildings, whereas the further North you get, the more utilitarian the buildings, coinciding with different phases and degrees of industrialisation.
