The Battle of the Yellow Ford-Ireland 1598-Part 2

The second part of my article on the Battle of the Yellow Ford is now up on my blog. It's an interesting battle and I think it repays study of who did what and why they did it. It probably deserves a book in its own right but in the meantime I've tried to supply as much information as I can in a blog format.
I should be able to cover the entire action in three parts. Here is the link to part 2 if its of interest.

A very good and engaging read. Keep it flowing. This project-in-waiting is pushing its way to the front... ;-) Thanks.

Thanks fellows I'm glad you're enjoying it. Part 3 should be up next week. Here's a thought on the day of the battle Tyrone was 48 and Bagenal 42 years of age. Men in their prime and both very experienced soldiers.
