Pulp Alley: The Secret of Bunton Abbey
« on: October 15, 2019, 01:55:10 PM »

Every night, restless ghosts walk the ruined halls and darkened grounds of Bunton Abbey.  It is said they are guarding something precious, something entrusted to their keeping centuries ago.  Just what that something is, nobody now knows, but it must be very valuable, very important, to keep them walking their nightly watch after so many, many years...
Tonight, unknown to each other, three adventurous leagues are converging on Bunton Abbey.  Each is determined to be the one to solve the secret of Bunton Abbey, and find the treasure hidden there.  All the pictures and words in the AAR right here: https://imgur.com/gallery/6NwcqRM
Thanks for your interest, and Happy Halloween!

Lordy--this was a really unpredictable game--horror, terrain and moving plot points all contributed to this being a nail-biter. Great game, tho.

Great game. Was that a scenario you created or is it one of the Pulp Alley published scenario?

Thanks, Panama!  Nice seeing you again.   :)

Thanks, Alcide!  The scenario is one I thought up, but it uses the Trail of Clues scenario template from the main rulebook.  The scenario was inspired by the location, which I set up for Halloween.  The idea is that Bunton Abbey is a very haunted place where the ghosts are permanent residents, and appear in every scenario, sometimes as plot points, other times as wandering perils, NPCs, or even just Bystanders.
Glad you enjoyed it.
