Confrontation publication history
« on: November 14, 2019, 03:14:25 AM »
Hello, board,

I am trying to find out the publication dates for the different editions of Ragnarok. I have two minis purchased at the same time. Not only do I like the minis, but I like the packaging of extras (token, instruction booklet, etc). and would like to figure out which edition they belong to. What I've found out so far is that they cannot be 1st. edition, as the game was not available in English at the time and the extras in my minis is in English.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Hello, Daeothar,

Thanks. Yeah, I had read this before. The lack of publication years (ie: 1st edition came out in year x, 2nd in year y, etc). Is what inspired me to post here :)

A lot of the times, Wikipedia information is different when looking at a page in other languages. Most often, the English entry is the most elaborate, but in this case, seeing as Rackham was a French company, the French page offers some more info:

1st ed   1998
2nd ed   2001
3rd ed   2005
4th ed   2008

 :)

Will do! I love Rackham miniatures. They were very difficult to find for some times, so I only got a couple, but I want to expand my collection :)
