Markers for AFVs
« on: March 09, 2020, 11:23:20 PM »
I've been meaning to make some for AFVs and with a Chain of Command campaign about to start that will feature a lot of American tanks I've finally got around to making some. I wanted some markers to use for things like immobilised or bogged; for damage to weapons and gun sights, and for other 'misfortunes' of war. I also wanted a way to mark an AFV that went 'flat out' in a previous phase, as this makes it a harder target, but as the movement occurs in a previous phase it's often forgotten about. For that I've created some dust markers. A bit more about them on the blog http://thetacticalpainter.blogspot.com/2020/03/afv-markers-for-chain-of-command.html

Another recent creation has been some flames for my flamethrowers. I used the clumping foliage method to make the flames and I've mounted them on a separate base as I didn't think it appropriate (or functional) to have the flamethrower operator walking around the table with his weapon permanently on full blast.
