I'd be interested depending on what the topic ends up being. I need to build terrain anyhow! Difficult terrain might be interesting too!  :D

The guidelines are normally announced with the theme. Have a look at previous contests for an idea of what's involved.

Personally I like themes which is are a challange to make look good on a gameboard.
