Middle earth Gaming Day in Nottingham - second game added 19/01

On Saturday James Morris organised a day's gaming in the First Age of middle Earth.

Looks great. Who makes the human warriors? I recognise some Oathmark characters, but not the dark ages looking types. Especially the hero with the Sutton Hoo helmet looks cool.

The Sutton Hoo chap is a converted Gripping Beast figure. The mailed humans are converted Oathmark humans - new heads, greenstuff mail and cloaks. They are done by a chap called Graham Green who has done articles in Miniature War-games magazine about converting historical miniatures into 'accurate' (i.e. 'book accurate' as opposed to 'movie-like') Middle Earth figures.
