British Experimental Infantry Brigade 1934-6

I've just posted a research article on the 6th Brigade of the 2nd Division, or more accurately its experimental machine gun battalion, provided by the 1st Battalion DLI.

Less well known than the Experimental Mechanised and Experimental Armoured Forces, it nevertheless had considerable influence on the formations fielded by the Briish in the early years of WW11.

The Brigade was commanded by Jumbo Wilson and the Divisional Commander was Wavell.

Interesting as I'm plodding through a few of the vehicles mentioned.
It does however bring a little more context to this recruiting poster.(which has served as inspiration for my own games.)
