A skirmish game in 20mm using Normandy firefight with some rule tweeks. Hope you enjoy the pics

Very nice looking figures and vehicles.  Terrain looks a bit sparse for a Normandy Firefight game though.

What are you changing with the rules?

It was a first go really at fiddled rules. Managed to iron out a few probs with movement and pinning. Left the terrain basic to get to grips with the line of sight and move and fire. More pics on instagram swordisdrawn264

Overnight thought how fiddly Normandy Firefight rules played.Using a quick revamp( heavy stubbers for heavy machine guns and saves as per rules).Early German section had slightly higher Ld and early British re rolls for CL Tests. The game played so much better and was a fun solo game. As always comments much appriecated as 20mm is a new avenue for me

Good stuff! Reminds me of the days of Warhammer Panzer Battles.

Any chance you could post more pictures of your stuff?

If you are changing to Warhammer 40K for WW2 games you may as well play Bolt Action.
They have done all the conversion work for you.

I ve tried bolt action it works well. Useful to for 20mm. But still prefer my hodgepodge rules :D
