Not intending to be a "button counter", because they look great, but I am not sure that would be the proper flag for them.  Since one of the reasons for the rebellion was the dissolution of the 1824 Mexican Constitution by Santa Anna, they may not have been fighting under that flag.  BUT....maybe they didn't get the memo from El Presidente!

I have memories playing with Airfix French Napoleonics against Cowboys as a child after watching the original 1960 Alamo movie to try and recreate the battle.

Your miniatures here, may well, make me want to revisit this potential period...

I did that too! Made a makeshift Alamo out of cardboard boxes and every bit of stockade fence and old west buildings I had. Timpo amd Atlantic Texans against French Napoleonic Airfix Mexicans!
