If memory serves, these worthies were first stocked by North Star, who subsequently sold the moulds. Can you still get them anywhere please?

We're planning on using figures from this range for FFofL skirmishing, as in my 'umble opinion there's nowt they'll fit in with.
Much too BIG EC, there's not many Harry looks up to, but he does these lads!

I snagged some of these from Northstar when they were on sale. They are nice figures but are taller than the 1/48 Tamiya figures.

Interestingly, one of the Tamiya 1/48 German panzer figures sets is exactly the same height was Warlord 28mm while the other is slightly taller.

Yes, try Rob Broom at Scarab Miniatures.

Which set is the same as the Warlord, please?

I've just gleaned a box of 1:48 Tamiya British Infantry from fleabay. It'll be interesting to see how they match up to the big lads from Scarab?

Pretty cool looking!

Up to about a year ago, I was stumped on having 1:48 vehicles for mt 28mm figures, then a 3D printer appeared at my house.  A nice Christmas gift from the family.  Now the scope of vehicles and stuff is unlimited.
