Plinths and Pedestals...And where to find them

Hi Folks

I'm on the hunt for a plinth or pedestal to make some terrain, something like the thing below. I'm not having much look finding anything and I'm god awful and building things myself. Does anyone have any idea who might sell something like this?

Search for wooden display plinth on eBay and the like, plenty of different sizes to choose from.

Charity shops & Car booters, where for a few pennies you can pick up damaged
ornaments that are based on plinths. As they are cheaply made they come off
the base very easily.

Dollar stores or pound stores depending on where you live (or livre depending on when you live?  ) - just look for the fake plants, if they have any, and reuse the plant if appropriate but use the container for your plinth.  At least, that's what and where I'd start my hunt.  Does take a bit of luck - like the car boot idea above.  Good luck!

A little while later and I ended up with this plinth...I don't think it looks a million miles away from the original! Thanks for the suggestion folks.
