Looks excellent, as usual.

Just out of curiosity: what paints do you use for the fleshtones? I'm always struggling with these and you seem to have them nailed down..

A dark flesh by Vallejo. I don´t know the code, because the labels always fade away by use pretty soon. It´s a brownish orange like a very light rust tone. I highlight it with white in several steps.

Great painting job Michi! :-* :-*
Ranks, insigna and 3 colour cockade are really outstanding!

I really would like your opinion about my U-boot crew.

Ciaociao Marco, your choice of colours is much more appropriate for the dirty job in that coffin of steel. The black wash (I suppose) adds even more grime. I like them much!

Thanks,

I'll give that a go - sounds simple enough. I've been trying to come up with "triads" using several Vallejo flesh colours but never managed to come up with a good set. Never occurred to me to use just one with white  lol

Ooops sorry about that...just wiping up the drool that left my mouth after looking at all of your photos!! WOW...extremely impressive. The shading, skin tones, hilighting, the insignas details are all top-notch. Thanks for sharing.

I've been looking at these figures for some time. Your excellent paint job has convined me toget them! Like all Artizan figures they really do resemble the characters from the movie.
