For my 28mm "Innsmouth in Sebastian Inlet, Florida"
game (police action in small 1880's Florida coastal village with deep ones, hybrids, cultists, et al), one of the key buildings: but useable for all my genres from pirate action to Africa Colonial gaming.
The Spanish tile roof of course needs detailing and completion, as does the building, but here it is.
Cheap Dollah Tree foamboard is the best. The paper outer layer comes right off, leaving foam that is easilly scribed with ballpoint pen.
Was fast and loose with the cutting and measuring, (actually drunk) and it gave a nice "a little off/out of square" vibe.
