Mansions of Madness Games With Great Painted Minis!
« on: March 14, 2020, 01:15:32 PM »
I played a couple of games, then decided to play a third which I just about won.

Here are some photos with no commentary in case you haven't played it - but the pictures are revealing.....

Game One, started in the Land Down Under

I'll check the Kitchen Sir

Um, is this a 1920s Fun House?

NOPE

Game Three

The Winners = Proof Women are better than Men?

Adding figures to the game like you've done is a tempting project. I'm unfamiliar with the game - is it playable solo? Especially in these days that would be an attractive feature! Thank you for sharing the pictures!

It is made for one to five players and requires and app.

If you don't mind that it is a good game, but very hard....

Oh, the figures weren't painted by me...

Some of the painters are LAFERs though

Thanks

Scenario Two

I have played this four times, with no positive result.

Here are some shots

Game 2

Game four is the closet I came.....

The action started of in Aus, again

I heard a noise from behind us... quick turn around
No the noise is from over there

Told you!

How can we get the missing agent and get out of here, with tha mod hanging around?

Quick the agent is in the burning building

I'll go to get him

One ticket for Kingsport please...

Not sure we have time to get him

... and they didn't

I'm taking it you are enjoying the game? I only ask because constantly losing a game sometimes makes me lose interest. But then, you are probably a better sport than I am!  lol

The first game is the best as everything is new and exciting, then second is OK.

The is becomes a puzzle solver, and the winning games  gives you a great feeling or satisfaction.

But, the replay is nowhere near the same level as Eldritch horror, but then again it is not the same game at all...

I finally cracked it, but it took three characters!

It was hairy at the end, Craven legged it for the boat, leaving his saviors to fight through the mob...

They all made it back... except one

But she hopped onboard in the last turn

Leaving the hotel to BURN!

It was a very close game, all three were injured, mad or both!

Luckily I drew madness games that didn't affect the endgame (thank goodness there are soooo many items in this scenario!)

Even though it was the 4th or 5th play the feeling was great and the game was very enjoyable.
