Here are my first Leagues, for solo play to learn the rules before I start the TOMB§

I dug out the minis that seemed the most pulp, so we have

League Perk: Jet Boost, all members can run 16”– I made this up myself and made it cost two slots based the perks that were available for characters and leagues. I am using First Ed, so if there is a new perk could you let me know what the costs actually is. 2 slots
